Where are you based?
AMAN & CO. is an independent team based in Cauayan City, Isabela, Philippines, working remotely with contractors. We are about 12 hours ahead of New York in summer and 13 in winter, so applications sent at the end of your day can be worked on while you are offline. We reply to messages during your business hours as well.
Which programs do you work with?
We prepare and submit applications for ConEdison, PSEG, and NYSERDA rebate programs in New York. If you work in another state or country and need similar support, contact us and we will discuss what we can do.
What do I need to send you?
The application from your job and the supporting documents it asks for, such as invoices and equipment details. If something is missing, we tell you exactly what.
How fast is turnaround?
Turnaround depends on how complete your documents are and how many applications you send. Tell us your volume in the quote form and we'll confirm timing.
Do you work for the utilities?
No. AMAN & CO. is an independent service. We prepare and submit paperwork on behalf of contractors and are not affiliated with ConEdison, PSEG, or NYSERDA.
How do you protect customer information?
We use customer names, addresses, and account details only to complete the application you sent us, and we don't share them for any other purpose. Because our team works from the Philippines, this information is handled and stored outside the United States, and we follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act. If your customer agreements or program rules require otherwise, tell us before you send anything.
How do I pay?
Rates are shared when you contact us and are quoted in US dollars. We confirm the payment method and invoicing schedule with you before the first application.
Can we negotiate on volume?
Yes. If you send 50 or more applications a month, contact us for a custom rate.
